The main office in Bryn Mawr is Handicap Accessible in both the front and rear entrances. There are multiple handicap parking spaces close to the entrance. Our satellite offices at Lankenau Hospital, Collegeville, and Paoli are also handicap accessible.
Our office accepts most insurances, including Medicare and most Commercial plans, including HMO’s. We do not currently accept any Medicaid Products. If you have any questions about your specific plan, please call our office for assistance.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to complete paperwork and registration. Please bring all insurance cards and your photo ID, as well as a current medication list. Also, please bring any X-rays or other studies you have had, as they will be helpful during your appointment. If your insurance has a copay for a specialist visit, you will also be responsible to pay it at the time of your visit.
If you need a refill of a previously prescribed medication, you may call our office and leave a message for your doctor. Please have the medication name, dosage and pharmacy information available. You may also request refills through the secure patient portal by sending a message directly to your physician.
We understand that you may have urgent medical needs when our office in not open. If you have a life threatening emergency, dial 9-1-1 immediately. There is always a physician on call after hours and on holidays to address any urgent concerns you may have. To reach the doctor on call, you simply dial our main number 610-642- 5040 and choose the option to page the physician on call.
